Advent Calendar – December 3
Wow, only 22 days until Christmas, I can’t believe it I’m so excited!
Todays quick fitness challenge is a 90 sec. squat challenge. Do as many sets as you can in 90 sec, a set includes the wide, regular and close power squat jumps as you will see in the video below. I DID 30 sets of these, how many do you think you can do??
*If you can’t jump for whatever reason DON’T!! Just do regular squats with no jump, that’s perfectly fine too. Modify anything you have to this month to get these challenges down.
Have fun with this one, GET LOW , back straight and really burn those buns.
